our tiny flock of chickens are growing up
and have moved outside to a chicken run that we built over the weekend.
they have a coop in there, but we are building them a bigger one with nesting boxes for when they are ready to lay their yummy beautiful eggs.
this is bluebell, also pictured above with my dolly.
she is the sweetest little silver laced chick we have ever encountered.
she will jump up in my lap and cuddle into my tummy as if i am her momma.
dolly has been bonding with her lately too.
and wouldn't you all feel a little jipped in life if i didn't include this picture of these two wacky chickens?!
the golden one is elsa and the brown one is olive.
elsa is Dolly's and she named her after her favorite queen of all time!
this is how elsa likes to bask in the sun.
we sure love our crazy chickens and the fun and life they add to our abode.
