This Easter was a td bit crazy sauce over hear at our abode, but i tried to make it sparkly good fun for the littles. I tried to get a picture of G and E before church, but E was more interested in the tree and G was doing her own little dance pose thing. So much for that.
i did get this cute one of G in her Easter dress complete with hello kitty tights and silk tulips that were a gift from mommy and daddy for Easter.
E refused to look at me so i could take his picture at this point his interest had moved onto pulling up grass and watch it blow away in the wind (one of his favorite pass times) or smelling dandilions.
this is his Easter sunday outfit i found for him. I think he is looking rather dapper cool myself.
Easter egg hunt at moms house and a BBQ that afternoon.
i made delicious caramel apple cobbler for dessert.
i love this picture of G.
grandma gave her this little mermaid beach towel for Easter and she turned it into a table top and decorated it with her and E's Easter findings.
this is my favorite picture of E.
just look at how handsome my boy is.
oh man, i'm in love with him.
and this is what daddy did all day.
slept.
he was still in a lot of pain and sick from his oral surgery a week prior.
later that night he spent a couple of hours in the emergency room.
they discovered that he had a terrible virus and was then out of work for the next week and a half trying to recover in bed, where he had no energy, big pus balls in his mouth and just wanted to sleep.
on a side note:
this could turn into a much bigger post if i let it, but since i am also scrap booking this year, i left out pictures from dying eggs and Easter morning. However, i did want to include a couple of pictures from our very fun annual Easter party with our good friends Kim and Andrew hosted at their home.
kim got them each the cutest bunny ears and the girls played dress up.
mr. e all serious and such looking for Easter eggs.
Happy Easter to you and yours peeps!
