our day of love (7)

Seven years of marriage to this hottie was celebrated in park city.

we had lunch, did some window shopping and picked out our ornament for Christmas this year.

i love that i love him so much and am so glad we have had eachother to help eachother through our wonderful, crazy life.

 he amazes me with his compassion for me daily.

i love you babe.

miss poundcake has been taking a music class saturday mornings for the last month and a half.

she has always loved music and quickly took to the class.

she especially loves the drums.

it has been so exciting to watch her learn and grow week after week.

from the first class where she was shy, a little weary and did not want to put her instrument back when she was asked to.

now she is excited to be there, comfortable with her teacher mrs. hillary and puts back the instruments when asked.

she used to play the piano with her entire hand, but she has slowly gotten the hang of just using one finger to play a key.

it has been such a joy and privilege to watch her grow.

last week my mother in law was in town and was able to come to the class with us and observe g in action. and luckily for me she took some snap shots as well.

there is so much i need to catch up on, but i still haven't uploaded my pictures to my computer to do so. this weekend mr. p and i are celebrating our seventh anniversary. i am so excited!

three months

my sweet baby is three months old and is geting blessed this weekend.
i am over the moon in love with this guy.
i mean just look at that face.
i could just kiss him all day.

weight: 13lbs 15 oz.

height: 24.75 inches. 95%

milestones: he is getting the hanging of grasping these days. and i was a little surprised to find out that he likes to hold mommas hair just like his sister.

new interests: he likes to focus in on an object and follows it with those beautiful blue eyes of his. he also seems to like his vibrating/musical chair more and enjoys baths with sister.

favorite food: milk baby!

favorite toys: his little quilt that is a miniature of his mom and dads. his stuffed pony. binkie as an object to follow.

anything else to report: he has thrush that we are on the third round of meds to clear it up. he also likes to either hold his bottle or my finger while i feed him. so precious. also i really enjoy spending mornings with him while g and dad sleep. it's just our time and i treasure that. i love that he wakes up with a smile. no matter how tired i am it makes it so worth it to be holding him instead of cathcing some more zzz's.

this hopefully was a start of a new  tradition with the kids.

mr. p and i have always enjoyed going to the fair

 and it was fun to be there this year with our little ones.

years ago when mr. p and i were dating we got a chicken from the fair.

 she found a wood chip pile and had tons of fun playing in it and getting herself good and dirty!

shortly after she went and played in a bounce house and wouldn't leave when her time was up.

then mr. e woke up and was terrified cause momwasn't there and he isn't used to the faces of gma, larry and donnie.

i quickly fed him and then we left as it was getting dark.

while i was pregnant with e i was sick. like every day nauseas/puking sick. throughout the entire pregnancy. one of the only places i could eat at was maglebys fresh. well a few weeks after having e we returned for brunch this time with little bear in my arms instead of my belly.

 such a cute lady.

 these were too cute of this new pair to not share them. i love poundcake's smile with her bink in the mouth.
