The supplies: Mod Podge, clipboards, scrapbook paper (only takes one per clip board unless you get more creative with it.), a foam or paint brush, and scissors.
It's so easy, you can do it with a Poundcake on your lap. Oh alright, it does make it hard when they want to grab everything you hold.As you can see in the picture I applied the mod podge to the clipboard. Then I placed my scrapbook paper down and wrapped it around the sides with more mod podge and trimmed off the bottom with scissors. I did have to apply more pressure to get it to stick on the back, but you could just trim the paper around the whole clipboard, I just like this look better. Then I applied a thin layer of mod podge over the top of the paper as well.

Thanks Kimmy! They are actually counting flashcards. I got them years ago at Sundance. I think they may still sell them though.
